Specialising in holiday park Sales and operational management, Chay has a history of proven success. He’s worked for well-known park operators such as Aria Resorts, The Waterside Group, Hoburne Ltd and the Haulfyrn Group, as well as independent single-park sites.

Using skills he’s honed over 10 years in the leisure industry, Chay has a reputation for consistently achieving performance growth for both new and existing holiday park developments.

Chay has an impressive ability to recognise the key challenges a business faces and to proactively lead a team to solve those challenges and achieve business growth and long-term success.

Chay lives in the lovely sunny south coast with his wife and 2 beautiful kids. We enjoy the outdoors exploring with the dogs, staying on parks across the UK, football, boxing and all the kids clubs you can imagine.
